Things Liberals Should Know But Are Too Smart To Ask

Jim DeMint has an interesting exposition piece up at The National Interest, which unfortunately falls off into persuasion poorly done, and Henry Olsen avoids the trap in The Four Faces of the Republican Party.

Mr. DeMint fails to take note of his role in the problem he describes, or his role in the continuing exacerbation of making Americans less American and more ideologues and citizens of states, and Mr. Olsen’s piece I will of course leave to younger, more energetic liberals to discern the worth of. We shall see if there are not yet shoals to be discovered in the river.
